In 1989 the World Wide Web was created that provides easier access to the Internet. It consists of computers called Web servers which are designed to display Web pages that contain information and links to other Web pages.

In 1991, Tim Berners-Lee, a programmer who was working for the European Particle Physics Laboratory (CERN) in Geneva, Switzerland, developed a program that allow you to create Web Pages.
